Following the Way of Christ
Above all, Saint Matthew's is a community of people who are seeking to FOLLOW THE WAY OF CHRIST. We are young and old, year-rounders and "snowbirds", native Jamestowners and "off-islanders".
Some are lifelong Episcopalians, but many were raised in other faith traditions, or none at all. Even as we cherish our diversity of background and experience, we are unified in our desire to follow the Way of Christ, and our common purposes of WORSHIPING, GROWING
and SHARING.
